DO YOU HANDLE BACK ORDERS?
No. Prowlshoes.com does not handle back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
Are your shoes orthopedic shoes?
No! Prowl shoes are stylish, biomechanically sound shoes for the normally developing foot. They give maximum flexibility while protecting your foot from the elements. If you have been recommended an orthopedic shoe, you should seek a specialist’s advice.
DO YOU SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Yes. Prowlshoes.com now ships orders to an expanding list of international destinations.

Is there variation in fit between the different styles?
All PROWL shoes are made on the same last, or mold upon which the shoe is constructed. With the exception of extremely chubby feet, if you fits any one Footwear style, you should fit them all just as well!
How do I become a PROWL shoes retailer?
If you are a licensed retail store and would like to carry Prowl shoes, please email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to provide you with pricing information and help you set up an account.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any cancellations or amendments. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Once you receive your parcel, if you wish to make a return for a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
